I have some movie data in a raw file format and wanted to make a viewer that show frames in raw files successively.

The original image was recorded with a Hamamatsu Photonics camera. The depth of the image is 12 bit and saved as 16 bit, I guess. To see the calcium signal, adjusting the contrast of the image is critical. For this particular recording, the image was adjusted as follows (by right-clicking the image, the menu will appear):
16-bit Display mapping… > Conversion Method: Given Range, Map to 0: 0, Map to 255: 3500 (determined by seeing the calcium signal)
